Herman Doornenbal was appointed by the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors in 2022 to serve as Division 2 representative. Herman was previously elected and served on the Board in 2009. 2013, and 2017.  Herman is a rice and almond farmer in the Valley Home area and also has a custom farming business.
